AeroCaliph Components Pvt Ltd, started in 2011 by a group of Mechanical Engineers having experience in precision machining and fabrication for the aerospace industry, is located in an industrial area at Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala, India. With quality workmanship and state of the art technology in machining, fabrication and metrology, AeroCaliph has become one of the preferred suppliers of mechanical hardware components to the premier Aerospace and defence organisations of India.

At our manufacturing facility, we have state of the art CNC machines and an advanced metrology department, including a CNC CMM. We achieved AS 9100 certification in April this year and became one of the few companies in Kerala to receive it. This has helped us to maintain the highest level of quality standards at par with the best in the industry, coupled with strict adherence to delivery schedules. This has made us a preferred supplier to the premier space and defence institutions in the country.

AeroCaliph specializes in process design, and development and manufacture of mechanical hardware systems for the aerospace and defence industries. Our process approach helps us to create, plan and realize products in a timely manner. Our tailor made solution and on time delivery schedule has won us many accolades from our clients.

Our achievements:

Bagged an Award for Industrial safety instituted  by  Govt of Kerala in 2011-12
Got evaluated and was made a vendor by LPSC, Brahmos (Cruise Missiles, Dept of Defence), VSSC and MOOG India in 2012.

Received MSQA ( Missile Subsystems Quality Assurance certificate) by NSQ( Dept of Defense Inspection Wing) through Brahmos Aerospace
Rate Contract with INSTEF( VSSC) for Investment Casting Machining and its 3rd party CMM/manual dimensional inspection; Rate contract with Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (MVIT, ISRO)
Manufactured and handed over a critical component (Igniter Head end S200 Jettisoning motor, GSLV MK III, Satellite launch Vehicle) to ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) in March 2014.
 

Successful certification of our QMS( Quality Management Systems) conforming to AS9100 C and ISO9001-2008  by TUV-SUD -April 2015
We aim to expand our facilities exponentially to cater to the aeropace, aircraft and defense industries, making us a much bigger entity, catering to both Indian and multinational clients.
